London Mets Baseball Club,
Finsbury Park Baseball and Softball Field,
At junction of Endymion Road and Green Lanes
The nearest underground station is Manor House on the Piccadilly Line. Finsbury Park is a bit further and involves a walk across the park.
Harringey Green Lanes on the London Overground line to Barking is also very near.
Buses 29, 141, 341 and W5 pass by the field.
Walking instructions from Manor House Tube
From Manor House, exit onto the west side of Green Lanes going north. Walk down the hill for about five minutes.
As you walk down Green Lanes there is a wooden gate with a "Finsbury Park Baseball and Softball Field" sign on it. This gate will usually be open when we have a game or practice and leads directly onto a path to our club house behind our Bronco (U13 diamond).
If this gate is closed a path just before it as you come down Green Lanes leads to a path (bear right) which will take you behind our field and clubhouse on the other side of the canal and bring you after 3 minutes to the main wooden gate to our field which will be open.
Unless there is a special event in the park you can drive into Finsbury Park from the gate in Endymion Road at the junction with Tollington Park Road.
Once you have driven through the gate into Finsbury Park turn Left and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. You can park here and walk through the wooden gate into the baseball field.
There is plenty of car parking in the Park, but there is a Pay-and-Display scheme in operation from 10am to 5pm every day, so please make sure you buy a ticket. The cost is 4 hours/£2 6 hours/£5 all day/£10.
We don’t like the Pay-and-Display scheme either.
It may be possible to find street parking outside of the Park but there are a lot of residents-only areas and other parking restrictions in operation.
